Day 2 of Christmas Inspiration-Advent Mason Jars

Advent is here and I love celebrating it. My family has only been celebrating it the past few years. I love how it prepares our heart for the message and meaning of Christmas.

I decided to make an advent candle centerpiece this year and came up with the idea of using mason jars. I LOVE mason jars and have quite the collection, so I went to pinterest for some inspiration. I came across one decorated with the Pretty Pines thinlets from the Stampin Up’ Holiday Catalog. So I used that as my inspiration for creating this centerpiece.

I love it on my kitchen table!

  1. I love this idea! I want to come spend the day crafting with you! Where did you find the large piece of tree bark that the candles are sitting on – super cute idea!

    1. Yes, I would love a crafting day! 🙂 That piece of tree trunk is just from a tree we cut don’t a few years back. I’m always on the lookout for these to be sold somewhere but haven’t found anyplace.
