I know it’s not even Halloween yet but I can’t stop thinking about Christmas! It’s my favorite holiday of the year and there are only 74 days till Christmas! So, I wanted to share one of my favorite new bundles from the new Holiday Catalog.
Night in Bethlehem is a bundle that includes the stamp set and thinlets.
It’s easy to create some really beautiful cards with this set and I found when using this set, I didn’t need to add a lot of embellishment. And the sentiments are so beautiful.
On this card, I used Night of Navy and Whisper White. I’ve stamped the star image in Smokey Slate Ink. I used the thinlet to die cut the town and then used dimensionals to adhere it back on.
I used Dapper Denim Ink and stamped the town image and kept stamping upward without reinking to get this effect. I stamped and die cut the Joseph and Mary image and used dimensionals to adhere. I love the font for this sentiment. I added a few rhinestones around the star.
I love this last card. It’s a little more detailed but the effect is so worth it. The card base is Crumb Cake and the the other color is Basic Black. I created a mat using Basic Black and Whisper White card stock. There are two different town thinlets to use in the big shot. I cut one in Basic Black and one in Whisper White. I layered those on the card front. Added my Joseph and Mary image using Basic Black ink and the thinlet. And again the sentiment is so inspiring.
I got my ideas straight from pinterest. Remember if you get a new stamp set and you don’t know how to use it, just search on pinterest with the stamp set name and great ideas will come up. 🙂
