I’m so glad to be back in my craft studio this week after being sick last week. I’m playing along today with the Fab Friday Challenge! I chose the new Fruit Basket Stamp set! I love this cute little fruity stamp set with the matching punches. Here’s the sketch for this challenge:
I stayed pretty true to the sketch except I used a different shape in the center. I used the Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper for the mat pieces on the card. Then I used the stamp set and punches to create the focal point. I love this paper! To create some interest on the left side of the card, I used versa-mark ink and randomly stamped a strawberry outline. It really helped balance the card.
Here are the measurements:
- Card base: 8.5″x5.5″, scored at 4.25″
- First mat: 5.25″x2″ (green dsp)
- Second mat: 5.25″x .75″

Yum! Those berries look good enough to eat for sure! I love your color and paper choices here – this is such a great suite to choose from! Cut to turn the square on its corner, too, so simple and effective to show off your images… Thanks so much for playing at Fab Friday!
So sweet! The little berries are fantastic and the mix of designer papers is perfect! Thanks for joining us at Fab Friday, hope to see you again soon!
Very nice! Great main panel…I like the scalloped edge to match the scallops in the DSP! Thanks for sharing at Fab Friday!
